Madame Glitters Puppy Palace

The Purchase Policy at Madame Glitters Puppy Palace is different from most dog breeders. I do this because each one of my puppies is one of my personal pets. I am very concerned about their welfare and I want to ensure that they will be raised in a loving and safe environment. I do not run a kennel, instead I raise all my dogs inside my house and they are all the personal pets of my family.

Note that all monies recieved by Madame Glitters Puppy Palace are not refundable

There are four steps required to adopt one of my fur-babies.

1st. You must read and agree to the Purchase Policy which is what you are reading now.

2nd. You must fill out the Adoption Request Form.

3rd. You must contact me by phone so that we can get to know each other and discuss any concerns or questions either of us may have. You can find my contact information on the bottom link of the Navigation Links on the left hand side of each page or use the link on the bottom of each page on this website.

4th. After talking with you and I feel comfortable that you can provide a safe and loving home for one of my babies, and you agree with my Policies & Conditions and want to adopt one of my pets, you then will have to agree and sign our Purchase Contract & Health Guarantee.

Once we have approved a sale, you can either send the full amount , or pay a deposit to hold a puppy until it is old enough to be shipped. (Deposits to hold a puppy are Non-Refundable), however you can apply this deposit towards the purchase of another puppy for a period of up to 12 months, unless other arrangements have been made with Madame Glitters Puppy Palace. Madame Glitters Purchase Policy:

At Madame Glitters Puppy Palace we raise healthy, high quality, rare colored purebred Shih Tzu puppies. Our dogs are all AKC Registred. Some have Champion Bloodlines and some are of Show Quality. All puppies are bred for health, color and loving dispositions.

We provide written Health Guarantees that may be viewed on the Purchase Contract & Health Guarantee page.

Prices start at $500.00 and increase according to the sex, color and bloodline of the puppy.

We will not under any circumstances sell to Puppy Mills, Pet Shops, or Brokers. No Exceptions!

You must agree that you will not sell or give your puppy at any time to a Puppy Mill, Pet Shop or a Dog Broker.

If at any time you are no longer able to assume resposibility for your puppy, you agree to notify us and we will be glad to take it back or help you find a suitable home for it. At no time do we want to any of our puppies to end up in a shelter or dog pound.

We require that our pups go to a home with a fenced yard, and that they will be living in the house with their new owners. Please no kennel settings where the puppy will live in a cage!

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone. No sale is final until the puppy or dog has been delivered.

We resever the right to terminate a purchase contract if the conditions of the contract are not met.
