I UNDERSTAND MY DEPOSIT WILL BE HONORED 1 year unless special circumstances are agreed upon. Deposits are transferable to future litters.

To the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief, this puppy/dog is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious disease at the time of sale.  No further health guarantee is made or implied.

A one year after sale Replacement Warranty is given for any life threatening congenital disease not common to the brachycephalic breeds that caused said puppy to expire.  A notarized Veterinarian Report with findings stating, to a medical certainty, that the death was in fact caused from the prenatal state will be required.  Buyer will be required to send the notarized Vet’s Report by registered mail along with all of the puppy’s medical records.  Sellers Veterinarian must confirm and agree with the diagnosis.  The Seller will then give buyer a replacement puppy of equal value and the same gender, from the next available litter.  Replacement Warranty will be terminated if said puppy was found to be abused neglected, or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records.

The Seller assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality. Landlord’s disapproval, allergy or any other undesirable circumstances once the puppy/dog has left the sellers premises.

In order to keep this guarantee valid, buyer agrees to have said puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within three (3) business days of the date of purchase.  During the initial exam, should your veterinarian find this puppy/dog to be a poor health risk due to congenital or hereditary defects that would require further veterinary care, other than required vaccinations, umbilical hernias and/or de-worming, you must contact me immediately.  This guarantee does NOT cover minor conditions such as hernias, pinched nostrils, hypoglycemia, coccidia or giardia.

Hernias must be certified by a veterinarian, to be currently life threatening and to have rendered the puppy /dog unfit for purchase, in order for surgical repair reimbursement consideration,

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL BREEDER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VETERINARY BILLS THAT THE BUYER HAS INCURRED AT ANY TIME.  No monies will be refunded. This is a puppy replacement guarantee only. Breeder has one year to provide a replacement pup of equal value. Any legal action must be handled in Topeka Kansas
Your puppy will have had its first distemper, parvo virus vaccination at  6 weeks of age. The vaccine series needs to be repeated again at 9 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks.   It is then your responsibility to make sure the pup is vaccinated at those ages! If your puppy is exposed to parvo and/or distemper before the full vaccines series is completed, he/she can be susceptible to these viruses. .  Parvo virus is NOT a congenital or hereditary disease.  We vaccinate to the fullest extent before your pup comes home to you and we take all precautions that the pup is NOT exposed to that virus, we only hope that you will do the same!  

The buyer agrees that this puppy will never be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. Should buyer decide they no longer want the puppy/dog they are to notify the breeder immediately. 

Seller retains the right of first refusal, should buyer choose to place the puppy/Dog for any reason. 

The Seller will assume no shipping costs associated with sale or Replacement Warranty

(IF SOLD ON LIMITED REGISTRATION) Buyer agrees to prevent the dog from breeding (even by accident) and buyer agrees to have dog spayed/ neutered within 1 year (if not sold on full registration), and present verifiable documentation to seller to keep guarantee in effect.

(IF SOLD ON FULL REGISTRATION) If placed as a breeding dog: Seller is not responsible for the dams or sires ability to breed or the quality of pups or size of the litters. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility for bills incurred from breeding this dog.

Buyer also agrees and understands that size is only an "estimated" idea depending on previous repeat litters, or size of parents.  There is no guarantee to how big or how small they will be at adult full grown age.  The Seller does not guarantee the color of said dog.  Because the breed is normally double – coated, their color may become lighter or darker as they age and grow. , and will almost always be lighter if the dog is shaved down, as the undercoat is lighter.  Since puppies change as they mature, Breeder cannot guarantee color, size or temperament after said puppy is in the care of the Buyer.

This Guarantee Form is not transferable to a third party should Buyer sell or give the puppy to someone else.
